Please do not send items without prior confirmation, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.
The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals and free gifts supplied with the order.
Where possible, use the original product packaging and place it in a protective outer shipping box.
Remove or cover old shipping labels and include your order number or return authorisation in the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind, unwanted items or an incorrectly selected size, colour or option.
If we confirm that the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, or that the return results from our error, we will reimburse or cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt and tracking number until the return is complete. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos or videos. We will review the request and provide appropriate return, replacement or refund instructions.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
